Fitness matters

This is the first entry of my blog on why fitness matters and how to maintain a healthier lifestyle.  I am a certified fitness instructor of Less Mills  Body Step and I also teach kickboxing at Key Largo Fitness and Tanning in Columbia, MO.

I have been working out most of my life and have learned a lot about staying motivated, healthy eating, healthy mind set and the mind/body connection. Through this blog I hope to share what I've learned and to help others become inspired to live a life that they are worthy of!
